Our Guarantee
We stand behind every workflow we deliver. If it does not work as described, we fix it. If we cannot fix it, you get your money back.
Custom Workflow Projects
Direct orders and consultation projects
Before delivery
If FlowTailor accepts a project and determines during production that the agreed specification cannot be met, the project is cancelled and any payment is fully refunded.
After delivery
You have 14 days to test the workflow and report any functionality issues that do not match the agreed specification.
Issues reported within 14 days
We fix them at no charge. If the issue cannot be resolved, you receive a full refund.
What is not covered
- • Change of mind after a functional workflow has been delivered
- • Scope changes beyond the original agreement
- • Third-party API or service changes after delivery
- • Choosing not to implement the delivered workflow
Store Products
Online store purchases
All store products come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
If the workflow does not function as described and we cannot fix it within 48 hours, you get a full refund. No forms, no friction.
Our payment processor handles all refund processing as the Merchant of Record.

What This Policy Does Not Cover
- • Workflows that function as described but no longer meet your needs due to changed requirements
- • Issues caused by modifications you made to the delivered workflow
- • Third-party service changes, outages, or API deprecations after delivery
- • Requests made more than 14 days after delivery
