Terms of Service

1. Scope

FlowTailor produces custom automation workflows delivered as n8n workflow JSON files, setup documentation, and configuration guides. Each order results in a digital deliverable package. We do not provide ongoing hosting, maintenance, or support beyond the included support window unless explicitly purchased as a separate product.

2. Order Process

  • Orders are placed through our online checkout (store products) or direct inquiry via contact form/email.
  • Custom projects require an intake questionnaire before work begins.
  • Scope is confirmed in writing (email) before production starts.
  • Requirements changes after scope confirmation may require a revised quote.

3. Delivery Terms

  • Digital files are delivered via email or secure download link.
  • Delivery timelines from scope confirmation: Starter 24-48 hours, Standard 48-72 hours, Pro 3-5 business days.
  • "Delivery" means the file package has been sent to the client's confirmed email or made available for download.
  • The client is responsible for importing and implementing the workflow in their own n8n instance or automation platform.

4. Revisions

Each project tier includes revision rounds (1-2 depending on tier) for issues related to the original agreed specification. Revisions address functionality that does not match the confirmed scope. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement will be quoted separately.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of all workflow files and documentation delivered. You may use, modify, and distribute them as you wish. FlowTailor retains the right to use anonymized descriptions of the project type and general approach for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer your project not be referenced even anonymously, let us know in writing.

6. Payment

  • International payments are processed by our payment processor at time of order. The payment processor acts as Merchant of Record.
  • Custom projects: payment structure as agreed per project scope.
  • Currencies: USD for international clients, ILS for Israeli clients (via Morning/Green Invoice).
  • All prices exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

7. Refund Policy

Full refund details are available on our Refund Policy page. In summary: if the delivered workflow does not function as described in the agreed specification and we cannot fix it within 48 hours, you receive a full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlowTailor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered workflows, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or third-party service failures. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that specific project.

9. Third-Party Dependencies

Delivered workflows integrate with third-party services (n8n, API providers, connected applications). FlowTailor is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates by third-party services that affect workflow functionality after delivery. If a third-party change breaks your workflow within the support window, we will make reasonable efforts to update it.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information shared during the project as confidential. We will not disclose your specific business details to third parties. We may reference the project type and results in anonymized form for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the matter, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with at least 30 days notice posted on this page. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or purchase of products after the update period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
